Abeceder Returns Policy

Abeceder is intended as a service for business customers.

Individual consumers must notify Abeceder at the time the order is placed that the products or services are being purchased for individual use. Contact us.

Purchase orders made by businesses are considered firm sales and can not be returned, or altered once the order has been placed.

Business Customers

May return products when the:

• Delivered products do not match the customer's order
• Goods delivered to the business customer are damaged or defective in some way
• An incorrect quantity of goods is delivered
• The goods are not delivered within 30 days of the date on which they are ordered

The product must be

• Packed in the original packaging
• Returned within 28 days of receipt
• In pristine, and completely resalable condition
• Accompanied by a copy of the delivery note or receipt

Products will not be considered to have been returned to Abeceder until they have arrived at Abeceder, or our nominated distributor.

Purchase orders placed by consumers are covered by the distance selling directive.

Individual Consumers

• May withdraw their order for goods at any time up to the end of the seventh working day after the order was placed, even if they have already received the order
• Will not have to pay any penalty for withdrawing an order
• Must notify Abeceder that they wish to cancel an order, providing details of the order number, the products ordered and what they have done with the products. Contact us

The product must be:

• Packed in the original packaging
• Returned within 28 days of receipt
• In pristine, and completely resalable condition
• Accompanied by a copy of the delivery note or receipt

Products will not be considered to have been returned to Abeceder until they have arrived at Abeceder, or our nominated distributor.

Abeceder will not:

• Collect the products you wish to return, from you
• Reimburse the costs of posting the products back to us
• Reimburse the costs of insuring the products you return to us whilst in transit

Abeceder will:

Refund to the credit card used to pay for the order any amount related to the products that are being returned, once the have been received at Abeceder or our nominated distributor, in accordance with the Returns Policy.
