Amanda Marsden |  | Amanda is an events specialist.
With over 11 years experience of organising events and full operations for trade exhibitions at venues such as Earls Court, NEC, ExCeL and outdoor events at Syon Park and Lee Valley Park, Amanda has much experience of exhibitions and their component parts. She has worked with clients from a wide range of industry sectors including education, construction, retail, agricultural, equestrian, and clothing.
As an Exhibition Specialist Amanda has provided numerous exhibitors with advice on how to maximise their return on investment at Exhibitions and sometimes it’s only the small things that they are not doing which makes all the difference.
It is also vital that organisers have their goals clearly defined as to what they want their exhibition to achieve, with this in mind Amanda also visits many exhibitions to provide reports on the full show with the results going to the show organisers and/or to the exhibitors from an independent viewpoint.

Richard Pate |  | Originally from Perth, Australia, Richard began his management career with the Australian Army, where he undertook a number of operational roles. Richard has over 13 years of people and management development experience.
Since making the UK his home, Richard has developed and delivered management and personal development programmes for clients including (the-then) DETR, Siemens, MoD, BAe, Chesterton International plc and the West Midlands Passenger Transport Executive.
