Design and Implementation of Train the Trainer Programme

Abeceder Associate Sue Heward has completed a training design and implementation project for a multi national pharmaceutical company, to increase the number of employees who were able to train their colleagues.

The Client had established a compensation strategy within it’s factories, which gave additional payments to employees who provided training to their colleagues.

Sue Heward was responsible for ensuring that the training delivered by those employees was of a sufficiently high standard to meet the National Vocational Qualification standards, and that there were sufficient qualified assessors internally to carry out the assessments.

Sue’s training has been delivered continuously for the past five years and every team now has a dedicated trainer and qualified assessor.
