Training Format
Absenteeism, particularly persistent, short-term absenteeism, is costly. This short course gives delegates clear information on what managers can and should not do in managing of absent employees. For public courses, the content focuses on best practice in policy development and implementation. For in-house courses, the material is tailored round existing policy and procedure.

Line managers, aspiring line managers, supervisors, and others involved in the management of people in work.

She is an experienced Occupational Health practitioner with a special interest in mental well-being, who has worked with large and small organisations in the private and public sectors to manage the risk of stress to groups and individuals. Her training style focuses on providing practical advice and information for delegates to translate easily into their workplace.
